Provide administrative and client-facing support within an insurance agency: manage carrier website tasks, issue certificates, update agency management system, assist renewals, prepare correspondence, follow workflows, participate in training, improve processes, and support Account Managers to deliver strong client experiences.

Manage mid-to-large commercial insurance accounts ($35k+), handling policy administration, renewals, endorsements, certificates, claims support, and client communications. Work with Risk Advisors and underwriters on quotes and proposals, use Applied Epic and MS Office for documentation, support team members, ensure compliance, and engage in ongoing professional development.

Sell and service large commercial property & casualty accounts by prospecting, building pipelines, developing tailored risk strategies, managing the sales cycle, coordinating with carriers and internal teams, and retaining profitable client relationships. Maintain CRM data, participate in renewal strategy, represent the agency at industry events, and use technology and AI to improve efficiency and client experience.
