Responsibilities include navigating carrier systems, obtaining policy documents, supporting renewals and audits, reviewing policies, preparing business documents, maintaining records, assisting account managers, and completing special projects. The role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, attention to detail, and willingness to learn insurance processes and pursue relevant licensing.

Provide administrative and client-facing support within an insurance agency: manage carrier website tasks, issue certificates, update agency management system, assist renewals, prepare correspondence, follow workflows, participate in training, improve processes, and support Account Managers to deliver strong client experiences.

Manage mid-to-large commercial insurance accounts, processing policies, endorsements, certificates, audits, claims, renewals, and coverage changes. Prepare client documentation, maintain accurate account records, support carrier marketing, respond to client and carrier requests, and identify coverage or service issues. The role requires strong commercial insurance knowledge, relationship-building, organization, attention to detail, and an active Property & Casualty license.
