Responsibilities include market research, customer and vendor mapping, warm and cold outreach, client-base expansion, sales-order tracking, deal follow-through, and participation in business initiatives. The program provides mentorship and hands-on exposure while developing communication, negotiation, relationship-management, and sales skills.

Coordinates customer and vendor material returns, processes credits and debits, verifies returned products, maintains audit documentation, prepares RMA reports, and supports inventory counts and accuracy. The role collaborates with warehouse, receiving, logistics, quality control, accounting, legal, and operations teams while providing customer service and backup operational support.
