Lead daily operations of an orthodontic practice, manage and develop staff, oversee patient education and satisfaction, support financial goals with the owner, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate on marketing to drive growth and operational efficiency.

Greet and assist patients, manage calls and emails, support scheduling and patient flow, handle administrative tasks (scanning, correspondence, inventory), follow up on leads, collaborate with clinical team, and participate in team huddles to maintain efficient office operations and excellent patient experiences.

Assist the orthodontist with clinical procedures, prepare operatories and instruments, take digital scans/photos/X-rays, maintain records, support patient comfort and education, and help manage supplies to ensure efficient, high-quality orthodontic care.
