Manage orthodontic patient leads, consultation scheduling, appointment confirmations, check-in and check-out, follow-up visits, payment collection, record accuracy, and daily practice coordination while delivering a welcoming and efficient patient experience.

Assist orthodontists with procedures, appliance placement, adjustments, patient preparation, digital scans, photos, and X-rays. Support patient comfort, treatment education, clinical documentation, operatories, inventory, safety protocols, and efficient patient flow. Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment and communicate effectively with the orthodontic team. Bilingual communication and orthodontic or dental assisting experience are preferred.

Assist doctors with orthodontic procedures, appliance placement, adjustments, patient preparation, digital scans, photographs, and X-rays. Support patient comfort, treatment education, clinical documentation, safety protocols, inventory organization, and efficient patient flow. Maintain clean, stocked operatories and collaborate with the orthodontic team to deliver timely, positive patient care.
