Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) front desk support: greet patients, check in/out, schedule and confirm appointments, answer phones, process insurance claims, collect payments, reconcile billing, update electronic records, interpret for clinical staff, and perform clerical duties to support the dental team.

Greet and assist pediatric dental patients and families, manage check-ins/check-outs, schedule and confirm appointments, process insurance claims, reconcile billing, interpret for Spanish-speaking patients, and perform front-desk clerical duties to support the clinical team.

Greet patients, check them in/out, update paperwork and electronic records, answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, process insurance claims and verify eligibility, reconcile billing, interpret between Spanish and English for clinical staff and families, follow up on missed appointments, and perform clerical duties to support the dental team.
