Integrate performance tests into CI/CD, maintain cost attribution, support incident response/on-call, and ensure compliance (SOC2/HIPAA/ISO27001) while enabling secure, scalable infrastructure for SaaS delivery.

Design and drive multi‑tenant multi‑cloud architecture and security for a managed services FHIR-based platform. Develop reference architectures, automation, cost tracking, compliance controls, and documentation; lead proofs of concept, stakeholder briefings, and mentor teams to ensure secure, scalable Azure/AWS/GCP deployments.

Lead investigation and resolution of complex production issues, provide technical leadership and mentorship, design and maintain scalable software, perform code-level debugging and database inspection, drive root-cause analysis and long-term fixes, collaborate across teams, and participate in on-call rotations for high-priority client support.
