Lead pre-sales solution architecture for a healthcare data platform. Leads pre-sales solution architecture for a healthcare data platform. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, designing architectures, supporting data migration, preparing RFP responses, delivering presentations and demonstrations, developing proofs of concept, supporting account strategies, and acting as a technical liaison across customers, sales, engineering, product, and support teams. The role requires expertise in HL7 FHIR, healthcare integrations, scalable system design, implementation consulting, executive communication, and software development practices.

Provides advanced application and production support, troubleshoots complex incidents, develops Java software enhancements and defect fixes, and collaborates with product, engineering, QA, and clients. The role includes technical leadership, mentoring, architecture-aligned solution design, documentation, root cause analysis, and on-call Tier 2 support. Experience with healthcare interoperability standards, particularly HL7 and FHIR, is highly preferred.
