Design and drive multi‑tenant multi‑cloud architecture and security for a managed services FHIR-based platform. Develop reference architectures, automation, cost tracking, compliance controls, and documentation; lead proofs of concept, stakeholder briefings, and mentor teams to ensure secure, scalable Azure/AWS/GCP deployments.

Lead investigation and resolution of complex production issues, provide technical leadership and mentorship, design and maintain scalable software, perform code-level debugging and database inspection, drive root-cause analysis and long-term fixes, collaborate across teams, and participate in on-call rotations for high-priority client support.

Serve as primary implementation and operational lead for assigned customers, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding, delivery, escalation management, SOW support, adoption, renewals, and long-term customer success.

Design, develop and execute performance, load, stress and regression tests for API and web applications. Model scenarios, analyze NFRs and bottlenecks, maintain test frameworks, report metrics, and collaborate with development and infra teams to improve scalability and reliability.
