Supervise daily geotechnical laboratory operations, ensure compliance with standards and quality systems, review and approve test results, train technicians, maintain equipment and calibration, liaise with engineers and clients, manage consumables and continuous improvement.

Lead development and implementation of project QA/QC plans for large infrastructure and industrial projects. Review contractor QAPs, ITPs, method statements, and material approvals. Monitor construction quality across civil, mechanical, piping, structural, electrical and instrumentation works; coordinate laboratory and field testing, issue NCRs, conduct audits, and support testing, commissioning and final handover.

Support the Business Development Officer in identifying opportunities, building client relationships, preparing proposals, and implementing marketing strategies.
