Operate and monitor processing equipment, follow production schedules and SOPs, perform machine operation and packaging, ensure correct labeling and boxing, complete sanitation and cleanup, assist with recordkeeping and regulatory documentation, and support other departments as needed.

Coordinate and manage wholesale plant paperwork and communication: track POs, ensure dock paperwork, print labels, enter batch sheets, log customer complaints and out-of-stock events, and provide daily administrative support to production, distribution, and accounting.
