Operate and maintain the cream separator and related dairy equipment, monitor product quality and temperatures, perform setup, calibration, cleaning (CIP/SIP), keep production logs, troubleshoot equipment, assist with milk/cream handling, and follow GMP and safety procedures.

Operate and maintain the glass bottle production line following GMP and safety procedures. Verify cap codes and correct caps, prevent breakage, monitor for dirty or mixed products, perform spill cleanups, COP cycles, machine part removal/assembly, chemical titrations, daily foaming/sanitation, and pasteurized-side CIP washes. Perform end-of-day procedures and follow run schedules.

Load, move, stage, palletize, and prepare dairy products for shipment. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks, build and break down pallets, complete paperwork, and maintain a clean, organized refrigerated warehouse environment. Regular lifting (~40 lbs) and physical tasks required.
