Coordinates website projects from kickoff through delivery, managing timelines, client communication, cross-functional collaboration, quality reviews, documentation, feedback, and revisions. The role uses Asana and established workflows to keep multiple builds on schedule, identify risks, and support continuous process improvement while developing toward independent project ownership.

Associate Attorney will manage DUI and criminal defense caseloads, develop defense strategies, negotiate plea agreements, litigate cases, conduct hearings and trials, draft legal documents, perform legal research, and communicate effectively with clients. The role requires independent practice management, strong courtroom advocacy, ethical conduct, organization, and responsiveness. The position offers Cincinnati office or hybrid work, professional development, and an annual salary of $90,000 to $120,000.
