Lead delivery of large enterprise infrastructure projects across networking, cloud, security, storage, virtualization, and collaboration. Develop WBS, schedules, budgets, and resource plans; manage risks, stakeholders, vendors, and financials; coordinate multisite deployments; provide executive reporting and drive process improvements to ensure successful outcomes.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional IT and infrastructure programs for enterprise clients. Establish governance and operating models, manage budgets, risks, schedules, and resources, drive executive communications and reporting, mentor project managers, and deliver measurable business outcomes using enterprise program management tools.
