Associate Counsel will support contracts, commercial agreements, legal risk assessments, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. The role partners with sales, compliance, IT, engineering, and in-house counsel while reviewing and negotiating SaaS, MSA, DPA, NDA, and vendor agreements. Responsibilities also include using AI-assisted legal tools, improving workflows, monitoring privacy regulations, and translating legal risks into practical business guidance.

Own planning and delivery for engineering projects across multiple teams. Build timelines, track milestones and dependencies, identify risks, facilitate planning and retrospectives, communicate status, and improve delivery practices. Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and technical leads to translate priorities into actionable plans and maintain clarity around scope, tradeoffs, and timelines.

Manage post-sale customer relationships for an assigned territory, leading onboarding, adoption, customer health, renewals, retention forecasting, and expansion opportunities. Partner with Account Executives, Support, Product, and Marketing to drive customer value, conduct business reviews, address risks, advocate for customers, negotiate straightforward renewals, and maintain accurate CRM data.
