Lead SmartSource’s B2B growth and account-based marketing strategy, partnering with Sales to drive pipeline and revenue. Build integrated campaigns, manage audiences and lead scoring, optimize HubSpot and revenue workflows, develop AI-powered automations and internal tools, and equip Sales with messaging and account intelligence. Track marketing contribution to revenue and ROI through dashboards and optimization reviews while evaluating emerging AI technologies to improve productivity and customer engagement.

Leads corporate FP&A for an event technology business, overseeing bottoms-up event budgeting, rolling forecasts, executive MD&A, SIOP financial integration, pricing and channel analysis, CapEx investment accountability, KPI reporting, and board presentations. Manages and mentors the FP&A team while partnering with regional producers, operations, sales, and executive leadership to improve profitability and decision-making.
