Develop and support SAP ABAP custom programs, including OOPS ABAP, function groups, classes, and Data Dictionary objects. Perform custom code remediation for Unicode, HANA, S/4HANA, upgrade, and EHP projects. Conduct code reviews, quality assurance, testing, transport management, and lifecycle activities using SAP best practices and tools such as Code Inspector, Extended Program Check, and ATC. Collaborate with R&D and influence client stakeholders.

Own pre-sales solutioning for SAP modernization deals, including discovery, scoping, effort estimation, pricing, proposals, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and delivery handoffs. Partner with Account Executives, legal, delivery, and product teams while presenting to technical and executive audiences in English and Spanish. The role influences commercial offerings, supports Latin American business, and requires occasional customer and industry travel.

Manage large SAP programs or project clusters, overseeing governance, schedules, milestones, risks, costs, margins, reporting, and delivery processes. Engage customers, partners, technical architects, and leadership to ensure timely execution, resolve issues, and escalate risks. Establish project plans, approval gateways, dashboards, and mitigation actions while coordinating global teams and maintaining strong client relationships.
