Define methodologies and best practices for customer success teams using automation, archives, and tools. Collaborate with customers, partners, Product, and Engineering to gather requirements, analyze business processes, tailor legacy solutions, and automate SAP custom code transformations. Participate in SAP ABAP Clean Core and S/4HANA transformation projects while supporting multiple engagements, technical solutions, and system landscapes across global teams.

Develop ABAP-based SAP solutions, prototypes, and proof of concepts. Perform unit testing, performance optimization, debugging, documentation, issue resolution, and technical estimation. Provide team support, improve existing solutions, follow development best practices, and stay current with SAP technologies. The role requires strong communication skills and experience with RICEFW development, with preferred exposure to SAP HANA, S/4HANA, Fiori, UI5, and Agile methodology.

Manage SAP integration and legacy-system change projects, coordinating business owners, functional teams, technical architects, test teams, and third-party vendors. Establish project plans, approval gateways, reporting, resource and cost tracking, milestone monitoring, risk escalation, and delivery communications. The role requires strong SAP and ABAP expertise, client-facing relationship management, managerial experience, and oversight of external project managers.
