Lead access control and Wi-Fi conversion projects across client properties. Travel onsite to perform service calls, troubleshoot and maintain access control and networking systems, oversee contractors, coordinate project schedules, communicate with clients and cross-functional teams, improve processes, and create technical documentation. The role requires frequent travel, occasional nights and weekends, strong organization, client-service skills, and low-voltage installation experience.

Design and implement technical solutions for rental housing clients, including custom integrations, product pilots, and implementation support. Manage client relationships, project plans, requirements, risks, ticket queues, and stakeholder communications. Collaborate with product, engineering, account management, and field operations teams to deliver architectural solutions aligned with business goals. Analyze data, document best practices, support account expansion, educate stakeholders, and apply AI tools and prompt engineering to improve implementation and client-facing deliverables.

Lead strategy and execution of multi-channel B2B digital campaigns (search, social, display, email). Build and deploy Pardot/Salesforce Marketing Cloud nurture and transactional emails, use ZoomInfo and Salesforce to identify accounts, manage LinkedIn and programmatic campaigns, track full-funnel ROI and CPA in Salesforce, and maintain data integrity between ZoomInfo, Pardot, and Salesforce to drive qualified pipeline.
