Designs and develops scalable software across IoT, web, mobile, backend, and AI product teams. Responsibilities include architecting features, writing Elixir, React, and React Native code, building REST and GraphQL APIs, integrating hardware, optimizing high-volume event systems, refactoring legacy systems, conducting code reviews, mentoring engineers, and delivering secure, maintainable solutions.

Leads the strategy, roadmap, research, and delivery of enterprise data, analytics, reporting, and AI/ML products. Partners with data engineering, data science, ML, design, and business teams to define requirements, build predictive models and analytics tools, measure adoption, ensure compliance, resolve escalations, and mentor product managers. Requires strong product management, data architecture, customer research, technical fluency, and people leadership experience.

Lead access control and Wi-Fi conversion projects across client properties. Travel onsite to perform service calls, troubleshoot and maintain access control and networking systems, oversee contractors, coordinate project schedules, communicate with clients and cross-functional teams, improve processes, and create technical documentation. The role requires frequent travel, occasional nights and weekends, strong organization, client-service skills, and low-voltage installation experience.
