Leads SmartRent’s full marketing function across brand, digital, demand generation, product marketing, field marketing, analytics, and customer advocacy. Owns marketing strategy, budget, team, agency relationships, brand positioning, website and digital growth, enterprise ABM, product launches, attribution, and AI-enabled marketing operations. Partners with executive leadership, Sales, Product, RevOps, and Corporate Communications to drive pipeline, bookings, revenue, and market authority.

Build and maintain multi-region AWS infrastructure using Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, containerized platforms, and observability tooling. Support IoT data pipelines and AI/LLM feature rollouts while implementing AIOps, predictive analytics, automated incident response, self-healing infrastructure, auto-scaling, and cost optimization. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and collaborate with engineering, operations, and security teams.
