Own Onix’s brand voice and communications across the App Store, website, social media, newsletters, launches, press, and events. Write compelling company and expert stories, develop campaigns, produce creative assets and video, manage conference presence, support PR efforts, maintain brand guidelines, and grow owned channels. This is an in-person, hands-on role requiring both strategic direction and direct execution in a fast-paced consumer marketing environment.

Own activation and retention for Onix, designing onboarding journeys, engagement systems, and experiments that improve Day 1 and Day 7 retention. Analyze product behavior directly in PostHog, maintain trustworthy metric definitions, formulate and retest hypotheses, and direct the roadmap with design and engineering. The role requires hands-on analytics, strong cross-functional collaboration, product judgment, and in-person work from the Old Montreal office.

Own Onix’s iOS product design end to end, including user flows, screens, UI/UX, design systems, and brand visual identity. Collaborate closely and in person with engineering, product, marketing, growth, and founders in Old Montreal. Ship and review implementation, document design-system rules, defend decisions, and improve acquisition, activation, and retention through hands-on design work.

Own consumer acquisition end to end across paid media, email, guerrilla tactics, and growth experiments. Write ads, emails, landing pages, and campaign content; manage creative testing; analyze cost per install, signup, and activation; build paid landing pages; manage App Store optimization; and improve attribution within a privacy-first iOS measurement environment. This is an in-person role in Old Montreal.

Lead a team of six developers, split between people management (30%) and hands-on full‑stack development (70%). Own Angular frontends and Node.js/.NET Core backends, ensure realtime data performance (Kafka, WebSockets), perform code reviews, mentor staff, partner with the TPM, and occasionally travel onsite for deployments.
