Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain high-scale backend systems for SmartNews' content pipeline. Collaborate with product, business, and ML teams to deliver scalable solutions, improve moderation and content processing, and support high-traffic content ingestion and delivery.

Serve as strategic partner and primary contact for key advertisers and agencies, driving campaign optimization, retention, upsells, and long-term revenue. Monitor performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR), provide data-driven recommendations, collaborate with Sales, Ad Ops, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues, and educate clients on native advertising best practices to improve outcomes and shape product direction.

Manage and grow programmatic advertising revenue in Japan by optimizing yield across SSPs/DSPs, running PMPs and preferred deals, configuring GAM, analyzing eCPMs/fill rates, troubleshooting ad delivery, and maintaining technical and commercial partner relationships.
