Supports data science and analytics teams by managing Jira requirements, backlogs, workflows, dashboards, model portfolios, and prioritization processes. Partners with technical teams, leadership, and stakeholders to communicate model status, risks, blockers, and priorities. The role also improves documentation and intake processes, facilitates prioritization decisions, and builds repeatable processes in a compliance-sensitive environment.

Build governed Snowflake data marts and Sigma dashboards while migrating legacy SQL Server logic. Reverse-engineer stored procedures, views, and queries; translate business requirements into reliable reporting; establish standardized metrics, semantic layers, documentation, governance, and data-quality practices for sensitive healthcare claims data.

Build and maintain healthcare data ingestion pipelines and dbt transformation models in Snowflake. Contribute to fact and dimensional modeling, semantic-layer development, data quality troubleshooting, pipeline reliability, and governed reporting. Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical data structures. Use AI-assisted development tools while following testing, documentation, security, SDLC, and change-management practices.

Leads strategic account management for self-insured employer clients using healthcare data analytics. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, coordinating implementations and internal resources, translating claims and analytical insights into actionable recommendations, delivering presentations and reports, troubleshooting issues, monitoring KPIs, and identifying growth opportunities. The role also supports contract negotiations, healthcare payment integrity initiatives, and collaboration with data science, clinical, sales, and executive teams.
