Provides on-site Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support in a federal environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, peripherals, networks, mobile devices, and telecommunications; managing tickets and IT assets; deploying and maintaining workstations; developing documentation; and coordinating user support and equipment deployments. Requires U.S. citizenship, a qualifying cybersecurity certification, Tier 3 clearance eligibility, technical support experience, and full-time on-site availability in Guam.

Creates presentations, flyers, posters, social media graphics, photo edits, reels, and short promotional videos for a CEO. Publishes daily marketing content, supports webinars, prepares creative assets, attends meetings, and submits end-of-day reports. The part-time role requires Canva proficiency, Microsoft Office skills, strong communication, organization, independence, discretion, and reliable internet and workspace.

Generate and follow up on leads, identify clients’ IT and cybersecurity needs, present cloud and managed-service solutions, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, meet sales targets, monitor competitors, and maintain strong client relationships. The role requires consultative sales skills, technical aptitude, HubSpot knowledge, and the ability to explain cybersecurity services clearly.
