Responsibilities include proactive sourcing, headhunting, candidate screening and assessment, recruitment campaigns, process improvement and AI integration, realistic job previews, offers, pre-start experience, and onboarding oversight. The role will establish scalable hiring practices, maintain high standards, and may expand into broader people and HR leadership. It can be based in Christchurch, Auckland, or Wellington with flexible hybrid arrangements.

Coordinate operations from sales handover through job completion, including scheduling installers and vehicles, ordering materials, aligning resources, supporting teams, updating clients, managing suppliers, and completing job close-outs. The role requires maintaining structure and momentum across multiple concurrent projects, identifying issues early, using operational systems and spreadsheets, and improving processes in a growing artificial grass installation business.

Sell SmartGrass artificial lawn and landscaping solutions through consultative, design-led sales. The role involves meeting clients face-to-face, managing inbound enquiries, building repeat and referral relationships, and serving primarily residential customers with some B2B and trade clients. Consultants sell installation services and product supplies, manage their own schedules, and are expected to contribute to growth in a high-performance environment.
