Manage small to medium-sized IT projects through planning, delivery, implementation, handover, and business acceptance. Maintain project plans, governance, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, reporting, and supplier coordination. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects meet time, cost, quality, security, and governance requirements while supporting operational improvements and business change.

Own product control activities across valuation, P&L, risk, and reporting for gas and power trading businesses. Analyze financial positions, explain P&L movements, assess risk, support new products and markets, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Build and test models while automating and improving processes using Excel, VBA, SQL, Python, Power BI, and related systems. This fixed-term role requires strong financial product knowledge, analytical judgment, and the ability to influence business outcomes.

Manage debt recovery portfolios, coordinate with debt collection agencies and meter operators, handle customer queries, and administer disconnection and reconnection processes. Monitor third-party collection performance, collaborate with Finance and Technical teams, develop recovery strategies, produce stakeholder reports, maintain accurate records, and support continuous process improvement.
