Responsibilities include office supplies, access cards, contracts, ESG data collation, executive meetings, travel, events, office fit-outs, insurance, building coordination, accounts payable, corporate cards, expenses, and reception calls. The role requires strong organisation, communication, attention to detail, initiative, and prior experience supporting executives or managing an office.

Leads US marketing strategy, annual planning, budgeting, campaigns, content, digital channels, PR, events, communications, and brand development. Partners with sales, trading, subject matter experts, agencies, and global marketing teams to support growth, lead generation, customer engagement, and market entry. Manages newsletters, websites, social media, reports, sustainability communications, industry events, and performance metrics while maintaining consistent brand messaging and compliance.

Originate and secure renewable fuel offtake opportunities across Europe. Build producer and customer relationships, analyze biofuels markets, structure commercial transactions, manage trade agreements, and ensure contractual, inventory, position, credit, cash flow, foreign exchange, and risk requirements are met.
