Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for B2B SaaS products across SEO, SEM, email, social, content, and paid advertising. Own the marketing funnel, manage automation and lead scoring, analyze campaign performance, support ABM initiatives, and collaborate with sales and product teams on messaging and launches. The role also includes social media management, competitor research, content creation, and demand generation for enterprise and public-sector buyers.

Assist with designing, developing, testing, and troubleshooting integrations between an expense and procurement platform and Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud. Support API-based integration development, workflow mapping across Oracle Payables, Purchasing, iProcurement, and General Ledger, marketplace packaging, validation, and issue resolution. Collaborate with senior consultants and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical tasks while maintaining integration quality, security, performance, and scalability.

Provides first-line customer and technical support through calls and email, troubleshoots basic software issues, documents resolutions, escalates complex cases, and follows up to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintains knowledge bases and FAQs, collaborates with development, QA, and operations teams, communicates feedback and feature requests, and identifies improvements to support processes. Requires strong English communication, empathy, problem-solving skills, ticketing-system experience, and availability for a night shift.
