Senior Counsel provides legal advice and support for commercial real estate transactions, corporate initiatives, acquisitions, developments, and leasing. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating agreements, conducting due diligence, advising property management and leasing teams, enforcing landlord rights, managing legal risks, and coordinating with internal and external counsel. The role requires Quebec Bar membership, 8–10 years of commercial real estate law experience, strong negotiation and drafting skills, and fluency in French and English.

Manages tenant accounts receivable and collections for a commercial real estate portfolio. Responsibilities include collecting outstanding balances, reviewing tenant billings, preparing statements and default letters, completing CAM and tax reconciliations, coordinating with accounting, property management, legal teams and bailiffs, producing reports, resolving tenant account issues, and supporting process improvements.

Supports annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and business performance analysis. Maintains Yardi ABF and Power BI reporting, dashboards, and forecast models. Contributes to accounting system enhancements, data integration, process automation, report standardization, data governance, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partners with business teams to improve processes, investigates organizational problems, and performs ad hoc financial analysis and special projects.
