Manage and monitor a portfolio of SBA loans, ensuring credit quality, regulatory compliance with SBA SOPs, and strong borrower relationships. Conduct credit reviews, assess borrower financial performance and risks, partner with underwriting/servicing teams, prepare portfolio analyses and reports, and assist with audits and regulatory inquiries.

Reviews commercial and SBA loan applications, analyzes borrower creditworthiness and financial statements, structures loan proposals, prepares credit submissions and loan committee presentations, and manages portfolio reviews, policy exceptions, ticklers, and underwriting transactions. The role also coordinates with borrowers and loan officers to complete documentation, supports loan approval, and maintains compliance with bank, OCC, FDIC, and SBA policies.
