Work on the Web Platform team to design, build, and scale a new content management system. Contribute to front- and backend services, participate in Agile sprints, make technical decisions, mentor teammates, and help migrate and improve content delivery and cloud infrastructure.

Handle high-volume outbound calls to connect consumers with vetted financial advisors, schedule consultations, meet performance metrics, log interactions in CRM, escalate recurring issues, and share process-improvement insights while supporting cross-functional projects.

Drive and optimize the full lead-to-revenue lifecycle, build dashboards and KPIs, manage demand generation operations and martech stack, align marketing and sales to accelerate pipeline, operationalize GTM initiatives, and develop customer segmentation to power multi-channel campaigns using data-driven insights.
