Resolve escalated technical issues, support onboarding and offboarding, maintain security configurations, perform root cause analysis, contribute to IT projects, document solutions, liaise with vendors, and help maintain reliable, secure IT services.

Supports contract delivery across multiple London sites by preparing financial and statistical reports, assisting with month-end P&L reviews, raising work and purchase orders, managing invoicing and work in progress, maintaining client records, responding to customer inquiries, submitting payroll reports, coordinating engineer schedules, and attending site visits and meetings.

Conduct site audits, inspections, compliance reviews, and incident investigations across commercial and critical environments. Maintain QSHE records, deliver safety briefings and training, support legal and ISO compliance, monitor performance, identify corrective actions, and promote a strong safety culture. Provide practical guidance to operational teams and drive continuous improvement.
