Supervise day-shift engineering operations in a London Bridge facility: execute planned preventative maintenance and reactive works on mechanical and electrical plant, maintain tight humidity and temperature controls, manage spares and defect remediation, and use CAFM to track tasks and assets.

Perform PPM, reactive and breakdown maintenance on electrical and mechanical building systems (HVAC, UPS, generators, LV). Maintain plant rooms, manage spare parts inventory, update CBMS tickets, complete paperwork, and prepare/follow method statements and risk assessments to ensure safe, continuous building operations.

Sources and attracts engineering and technical talent across the UK, builds talent pipelines, engages passive candidates, and partners with hiring managers. The role conducts candidate screening, supports employer branding, maintains ATS records, tracks recruitment metrics, ensures a strong candidate experience, and contributes to recruitment process improvements and legal compliance.
