Develop and maintain the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) plan, perform and coordinate inspections and testing for civil construction, review drawings and submittals, verify materials and workmanship, maintain QC documentation, track deficiencies and corrective actions, and serve as the primary quality contact coordinating with project stakeholders including USACE.
