Leads telecommunications and event technology operations across multiple Southwest facilities. Manages regional staff, client relationships, labor, assets, expenses, performance targets, continuous improvement, and operational service delivery. Provides coaching, staffing direction, issue resolution, and financial oversight while coordinating installations and show-time requirements. The role is based in Las Vegas and requires frequent travel, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support geographically dispersed event locations.

Provide technical support across company locations by troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, networking, printers, mobile devices, accounts, and business applications. Manage Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, endpoint systems, IT assets, onboarding, offboarding, tickets, documentation, and remote support. Respond to critical incidents, address security threats, assist with technology projects, and collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and engineers.
