Manages Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange, endpoint systems, equipment deployments, IT assets, onboarding and offboarding. Documents tickets and procedures, supports projects and upgrades, collaborates on escalations, and provides on-call incident response and security-threat support.

Manage full HR lifecycle including policies, HRIS administration (UKG), benefits and leave administration, employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, compliance reporting (EEO-1), workers' compensation, training, travel coordination, and HR projects to support corporate and field staff.
