Serve as technical authority for Smarsh's Datastore platform, shaping architecture and operating standards for petabyte-scale distributed data systems. Lead design and operation of MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and Kafka clusters, large-scale Kubernetes environments, observability, security practices, and platform automation. Mentor engineers, influence cross-team adoption of standards, and act as senior on-call escalation for reliability and performance.

The Senior Product Operations Manager will enhance product operations, streamline processes, manage product metrics, and lead cross-functional product launches while ensuring alignment across teams to drive efficiency and decision-making.

Design, implement, and operate scalable, secure Kubernetes and cloud-native hosting platforms on AWS/EKS. Drive automation, IaC (Terraform), CI/CD, observability (Grafana/Prometheus), and security best practices. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to enable self-service, standardization, and reliability across large multi-cluster environments while contributing to the Hosting roadmap.
