Teams at Smarsh

Lead and scale the product management organization across multiple product lines. Set strategy and multi-year roadmaps, own product lifecycle and KPIs (pipeline, bookings, revenue), manage and mentor product teams, collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, handle budgets/pricing/ROI, and represent the portfolio to analysts, partners, and customers.

Provide expert technical support for Smarsh SaaS products: troubleshoot complex issues, manage cases in Salesforce, collaborate with SRE/Engineering, document using KCS, meet SLAs across phone/web/community, act as SME for products and premium accounts, and contribute to product/process improvements.

Architect, build, and maintain a hybrid cloud platform focused on AWS networking (VPCs, Transit Gateway, Route53, Direct Connect, VPNs). Implement infrastructure as code (Terraform) and GitOps, build CI/CD pipelines, automate operations, and ensure security, high availability, and multi-tenant isolation. Monitor and troubleshoot with Prometheus and DataDog, lead cloud network incident response, participate in on-call rotation, and produce runbooks and architecture diagrams.
