Board-level non-executive director role representing market participant perspective for a derivatives-clearing organization. Provide governance oversight of participant eligibility, clearing and settlement, collateralisation, operational resilience, default management, financial resources, compliance, and recovery planning. Offer constructive challenge, disclose and manage conflicts, and ensure decisions consider practical impacts on participants without acting as an advocate for any single interest.

Serve as an independent non-executive director on both the exchange and clearinghouse boards, providing oversight of regulatory compliance, market integrity, risk management, operational resilience, settlement and financial resources, participant access, conflicts management, and recovery/wind-down planning. Support committees, potentially chair disciplinary/membership/appeals panels, review materials, attend quarterly meetings and be available for urgent matters, exercising independent, public-interest-focused judgment.

Support Lead PMs on discovery, prioritisation and delivery for two customer-facing apps. Own QA and release processes, run user research, coordinate agile rituals, translate problems into clear user stories, analyse product data, and support launches and market intelligence.
