Own recurring FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, reporting, and close support. Partner with Operations and other functions to connect operational KPIs to financial results, coordinate accruals, and explain variances. Build automated reporting and scalable finance processes using AI, BI, planning, and ERP tools. The role supports the Strategic Finance Manager and offers growth toward Senior Analyst.

Executes Smalls’ food safety and quality program across co-manufacturers and 3PLs. Responsibilities include coordinating microbiological and nutritional testing, making routine hold/release decisions, triaging customer quality complaints, supporting investigations and CAPA documentation, maintaining quality records, tracking supplier and co-man documentation, and preparing weekly QA reporting. The role escalates significant food safety issues and investigation decisions to the Senior Manager, FSQA.

Lead the creative learning system for growth: centralize cross-channel insights, scale production (studio, UGC, whitelisting), build testing frameworks and reporting, translate ad learnings into site, funnel, and product recommendations, and align Growth, Brand, and Product teams to institutionalize winning creative.
