Own backend quality engineering across functional, integration, end-to-end, and performance testing. Build scalable automation frameworks, test multi-service and multi-tenant systems, define performance benchmarks, analyze bottlenecks, integrate tests into CI/CD, and improve quality processes. Collaborate with engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to identify defects, regressions, reliability risks, and production performance issues.

Owns accounting and finance operations for an Indian private limited company, including month-end close, reconciliations, billing, collections, payables, cash forecasting, MIS reporting, compliance coordination, audit readiness, and outsourced accounting partner management. The role also supports intercompany accounting with the US parent and improves finance processes and controls.
