Engages, services, renews, and upsells Phoenix Mercury season ticket members. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, lead generation, networking, referrals, client communications, face-to-face appointments, and working gamedays and sales events across the Phoenix area.

Drive season ticket and membership revenue across Player 15 Group properties through outbound prospecting, relationship building, presentations, networking, and event hosting. Create tailored membership packages, manage a prospect pipeline in CRM systems, meet sales goals, identify upsell opportunities, and support membership strategy initiatives. The role requires non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Manage technology projects from planning through implementation and closeout. Develop project plans, track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and resources, and provide status reporting. Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership. Help mature Enterprise Technology’s project management framework, governance, documentation, lifecycle practices, feedback loops, and continuous improvement processes.
