Analyzes customer and provider accounts, applications, alerts, transactions, and behavioral trends to identify and prevent fraud. Conducts manual reviews, case management, monitoring, investigations, reporting, and audit support. Collaborates with Compliance, Customer Service, and Operations teams to improve fraud controls, policies, decisioning rules, and communication. Uses analytics and AI tools to improve alert triage and review efficiency in a fully remote environment.

Own monthly close, cash reconciliations, financial reporting, audits, tax workflows, loan and equity accounting, remittances, and warehouse lending support. The role maintains accurate financial records, coordinates with external advisors and capital markets, investigates discrepancies with engineering and data science, and improves accounting controls, documentation, automation, and reporting. It is a hands-on individual contributor position requiring strong autonomy in a fast-growing fintech environment.
