Provides onsite helpdesk and technical support for desktop, laptop, printer, telephony, conferencing, hardware, software, and network systems. Installs, configures, repairs, documents, and manages equipment, tickets, inventory, and PC performance procedures. Supports equipment adds, moves, and changes while maintaining strong customer and departmental relationships. The role may require evening or weekend work, lifting equipment, OSHA training, and exposure to hazardous drugs.
