Provides expert technical support for BCDR products serving MSP partners. Troubleshoots backup, recovery, virtualization, storage, and networking issues; performs restores and cloud failovers; escalates complex incidents; creates documentation; leads root cause analysis and incident response; mentors support engineers; and contributes to automation and supportability improvements.

Own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market teams, including Sales, Marketing, Community, and Revenue Operations. Partner with hiring managers on role definition, sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, offers, and closing. Build proactive talent pipelines, manage multiple searches, maintain recruiting data, analyze pipeline metrics, improve hiring processes, and strengthen the employer brand. Support recruiting across additional business functions as company priorities evolve.

Supports billing, collections, accounts payable, corporate cards, tax documentation, reconciliations, and month-end close across multiple international entities. Processes billing adjustments, vendor invoices, payments, reimbursements, and card transactions while maintaining accurate records and audit trails. Produces finance reporting, investigates discrepancies, manages collections outreach, supports tax filings, and partners cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve processes.
