Build and evolve Slice’s Internal Developer Platform to improve developer experience, reliability, security, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include creating self-service tooling in Python, implementing ArgoCD GitOps workflows, improving Kubernetes and CI/CD platforms, leveraging generative AI, enhancing Datadog observability, and partnering with engineering teams to reduce operational toil and cognitive load.

Lead Slice’s DevEx Deploy & Run team, overseeing internal developer platforms, Kubernetes infrastructure, GitOps workflows, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, observability, and developer tooling. The manager will set technical direction, improve deployment reliability and developer productivity, build scalable self-service capabilities, develop engineers, and partner across engineering to drive platform adoption and operational excellence.

Build and launch scalable backend features and services for restaurant partners using Python and Flask. Own projects end-to-end, collaborate with product and engineering teams, identify high-impact opportunities, and maintain reliable production systems through testing, monitoring, logging, and DevOps practices. The role supports distributed agile collaboration and welcomes associate, intermediate, and senior candidates.
