Support Project Manager and Site Supervisors on multiple high-end residential and commercial projects. Act as liaison with owners, architects, engineers and tenants; manage feasibility, cost tracking, scheduling, pay requests, change orders, quality control, safety implementation, site logistics, and project close-out. Participate in design development, coordination drawings, pre-construction, and vendor/labor performance monitoring.

Lead market expansion and business development for luxury construction in the Lakes Region. Identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships, manage proposals and negotiations, collaborate with marketing and project teams, attend industry events, and monitor market trends to drive revenue growth.
