Provide customer support across email, chat, and social media; assist with onboarding, resolve bugs and usability issues, gather and prioritize product feedback, and communicate customer insights internally. Build and own backend systems for fantasy sports, including leagues, rosters, drafts, waivers, trades, matchups, and scoring. Scale real-time stat ingestion and low-latency delivery to millions of users. Ship features end to end with product, design, mobile, and web teams. Maintain production health through monitoring, profiling, and capacity planning. Staff engineers additionally own architecture, conduct reviews, and mentor engineers.

Build and own backend systems for Sleeper Picks, including contests, pricing, market data, settlement, wallets, ledgers, eligibility, and compliance. Develop reliable real-time systems handling high traffic, concurrent writes, financial correctness, reconciliation, and third-party integrations. Partner with risk, trading, design, and mobile/web teams to deliver end-to-end features. Staff engineers additionally own architecture, elevate engineering standards, and mentor peers.
