Manages sales growth across the Kamloops territory by developing customer relationships, executing sales strategies, achieving volume and gross margin targets, conducting business reviews, coordinating promotional programs, maintaining merchandising standards, analyzing market trends, managing expenses, and maintaining accurate CRM data. The role requires frequent field work with retail and on-premise customers, collaboration with internal teams, and participation in industry events.

Processes returns, inventory records, invoices, credits, shipping corrections, and logistics data with high accuracy. Maintains tracking logs and reports, resolves discrepancies with supply chain, customer service, warehouse teams, and licensees, and provides administrative support to the Ontario Logistics team. The role also supports quality, food safety, operational compliance, reporting, special projects, and coverage for team members in an onsite warehouse environment.

Supports regional sales teams by stocking and merchandising products in retail accounts, rotating inventory, maintaining promotional displays, and ensuring brand standards. Builds relationships with store staff, provides basic sales support, shares market insights, and communicates with sales teams. Requires customer service or retail sales experience, basic Microsoft Office skills, a valid driver’s licence, reliable transportation, physical lifting ability, and flexible availability.
