Lead month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations to deliver audit-ready financials across multiple jurisdictions. Maintain COA, prepare consolidated P&L and balance sheet, perform intercompany and GST/VAT reconciliations and filings, support audits and management reporting, strengthen controls, and drive automation of accounting processes.

The Finance Transformation Manager will enhance operational efficiency through AI solutions, audit finance processes, implement automation, and improve reporting capabilities.

Support daily payments operations including monitoring, reconciliation, investigating exceptions, and resolving issues with banks/processors. Produce payment cost and behaviour insights, document processes, assist compliance (AML, KYC, PCI-DSS), and collaborate with Product, Compliance, Customer Success and Tech to improve payment flows and operational efficiency.
