Co-lead Sleek’s Singapore corporate secretarial function, ensuring statutory compliance, filing accuracy, client service, commercial performance, and team effectiveness across thousands of companies. The role owns regulatory controls, ACRA engagement, AML/CFT compliance, deadline management, AI-enabled workflow transformation, technology requirements, staff development, and complex corporate governance matters. The successful candidate will drive automation, maintain high professional standards, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve productivity, quality, retention, and operational scalability.

Manage a portfolio of 300–500 UK SME clients, overseeing statutory accounts, corporation tax, VAT returns, and confirmation statements. Review and coach an offshore accounting team, prepare management accounts, explain financial results to clients, maintain accurate workflow data, and ensure deadlines and compliance are met. The role also collaborates with Product, Tech, Sales, Support, and Onboarding teams to improve processes and apply AI-enabled tools.
