Lead the SAP S/4HANA implementation and ongoing production support for Slate’s Warsaw manufacturing plant. Configure FICO, integrate SAP with supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and enterprise systems, and manage workshops, data migration, testing, cutover, UAT, training, and go-live. After implementation, resolve production issues, maintain configuration and interfaces, support financial close and audits, and manage enhancements aligned with enterprise governance.

Leads supplier quality for exterior vehicle components, administering APQP, enforcing quality requirements, developing supplier KPI scorecards, conducting site audits, and driving corrective actions and continuous improvement. Evaluates suppliers for production awards, supports tooling and parts delivery against program milestones, builds supplier relationships, and partners with engineering and manufacturing on GD&T and drawing standards.

Develop and maintain rolling production schedules for a high-volume automotive assembly environment. Coordinate Production Control, Manufacturing, Service, Materials, Quality, and Engineering to meet output goals, manage work orders, respond to downtime and material shortages, and support product launches. Analyze capacity, OEE, and historical performance; lead production meetings; optimize changeovers and batch sizes; and conduct root-cause analysis to improve schedule attainment and flow.
