Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered personalization across Slate’s customer journey, including vehicle design, accessory discovery, purchase, and ongoing engagement. Lead recommendation and discovery experiences, experimentation, metrics, and guardrails while aligning Engineering, Design, Sales, Growth, Brand, and Customer Service. Develop PR/FAQs, represent customer experience in company strategy, and mentor other product managers. The role requires strong product leadership across ambiguous, cross-functional, end-to-end experiences.

Leads Lean Manufacturing and industrial engineering initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce waste, improve quality, and lower costs. Responsibilities include value stream mapping, time studies, line balancing, capacity analysis, continuous improvement, KPI reporting, NPI and plant launch support, PFMEA, control plans, and operator training. Collaborates with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain teams in an automotive manufacturing environment.

Own and deploy statistical, AI, and machine learning models for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning. Analyze forecast accuracy, develop scenarios, manage data pipelines, create KPI reporting, and translate insights into operational recommendations. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Finance, and business units to support rolling 12–24-month planning and continuous process improvement.
