Conduct CDD and EDD reviews for LATAM-related customers, investigate cross-border transactions and potential money laundering or sanctions evasion, assess OFAC exposure, review ownership and source-of-funds information, disposition screening alerts, prepare UAR escalations, and support onboarding, monitoring, risk methodology, and compliance process improvements.

Underwrite commercial accounts and exposure changes using financial, banking, transaction, bureau, ownership, and internal data. Prepare credit memos, make decisions within delegated authority, escalate exceptions, and manage application queues and turnaround metrics. Establish documentation, reason codes, approval conditions, calibration, and quality reviews. Partner cross-functionally to improve decisioning and audit trails, while training underwriters and creating durable procedures and standards.

Own end-to-end product design for complex business banking workflows, establish Slash’s design system, and define its visual identity across products, marketing, events, and social content. Partner directly with founders and engineers to prototype and ship customer-focused experiences, use AI tools in the design process, validate decisions with customers, and build the company’s design function, processes, standards, and future team.
