Prepare credit memos, make decisions within delegated authority, escalate exceptions, and manage application queues and turnaround metrics. Establish documentation, reason codes, approval conditions, calibration, and quality reviews. Partner cross-functionally to improve decisioning and audit trails, while training underwriters and creating durable procedures and standards.

Own end-to-end product design for complex business banking workflows, establish Slash’s design system, and define its visual identity across products, marketing, events, and social content. Partner directly with founders and engineers to prototype and ship customer-focused experiences, use AI tools in the design process, validate decisions with customers, and build the company’s design function, processes, standards, and future team.

As a Software Engineer at Slash, you'll develop and manage the full product surfaces of the stablecoin infrastructure, including APIs, databases, and user interfaces, while collaborating with customers and teams.
