Develop and grow construction-industry accounts across an assigned territory. Visit job sites, prospect customers, educate contractors on equipment rental solutions, follow up on leads, prepare quotes, close rental agreements, track pipeline activity, and support existing accounts. The role requires independent territory management, frequent field engagement, and regular attendance at the West Palm Beach office.

Supports branch operations for construction equipment rentals, including customer and facility support, equipment rental services, logistics, sales assistance, quality control, orders, purchase orders, invoicing, inventory control, and GPS-based fleet tracking. Construction rental equipment knowledge is preferred. The role also builds customer relationships and manages on-site equipment inventories.

Develop and grow a Sarasota construction-equipment-rental territory by prospecting contractors, visiting job sites, building customer relationships, educating decision-makers, following up on leads, preparing quotes, closing rental agreements, and tracking sales activity and pipeline. The role is field-based with regular office attendance and offers a base salary plus uncapped commission.
