Skyworks is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for its Houston branch. The role involves driving sales of construction equipment rentals, building customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Conduct outside sales for construction equipment rentals, develop customer relationships, manage sales activities, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Construction equipment knowledge is helpful, while prior rental-industry experience is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required. Compensation includes base pay and commissions, plus a company vehicle and comprehensive benefits.

Drive equipment rental and purchase sales across the Metro Detroit market by developing customer relationships, identifying equipment needs, preparing quotes, closing deals, and achieving sales targets. Maintain knowledge of rental inventory and pricing, monitor competitors, and coordinate with service and logistics teams for timely delivery. Local travel and customer engagement are required.

Oversee daily Louisville branch operations, including equipment rental, service, transportation, and sales. Drive branch growth through sales strategy and product development, manage the sales team, monitor service and rental KPIs, ensure safety and profitability standards, build customer relationships, and train branch staff while supporting the Branch Manager.

Generate outside sales for construction equipment rentals by developing customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing time effectively, and pursuing strategic sales opportunities. Construction equipment knowledge is helpful, and prior equipment rental industry experience is preferred. A valid driver's license is required.
