Own and build the aircraft reliability program across commercial V2 and flight-test V3 fleets. Lead failure investigations, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, fleet reliability metrics, FMEA, fault-tree analysis, maintenance intervals, and life limits. Analyze flight logs, telemetry, maintenance, and manufacturing data to identify recurring failure modes and improve reliability. Collaborate with flight test, systems engineering, manufacturing, and flight operations to implement permanent fixes.

Own mechanical aircraft subsystems from concept through design, prototyping, integration, ground testing, flight testing, and deployment. Design structural and mechanical components, lead subsystem reviews, analyze loads and flight environments, iterate designs using test data, and partner with manufacturing to ensure scalability and reliability.

Lead architecture, design, integration, testing, and flight validation of critical autonomous aircraft structures and hardware. Own systems from concept through production, perform sizing, loads analysis, and trade studies, resolve interfaces across structures, avionics, propulsion, and payload systems, and partner with manufacturing on scalable designs. Participate in aircraft builds and flight-test campaigns while mentoring engineers and establishing technical standards.
