Lead end-to-end root-cause investigations for fleet reliability issues on V2/V3 aircraft: analyze flight logs and telemetry, coordinate cross-functional reproduction and corrective actions, validate fixes, author RCCA reports, and drive reliability metric improvements and design feedback loops.

As Director of Hardware, you will lead the aircraft hardware execution from design to production, ensuring quality and reliability through collaboration with manufacturing and software teams.

As Director of Software, you will lead software execution for UAV systems, managing teams and hands-on coding, ensuring reliable feature delivery and scaling operations.
