Teams at Skywalker Properties

Designs, implements, monitors, and troubleshoots multi-site wired/wireless, VoIP, VPN, and WAN infrastructure. Serves as advanced escalation for help desk across Microsoft 365, AD, virtualization, backup/recovery, endpoint management, and cloud services. Participates in on-call rotation, performs infrastructure lifecycle planning, capacity and resiliency improvements, coordinates vendors/contractors, and documents configurations and runbooks.
