Own and maintain the ISO 27001 information security management system, including risk assessments, controls, evidence, corrective actions, audits, policies, access governance, supplier security, awareness activities, continuity exercises, and incident follow-up. The role works with management, HR, Quality, IT, and external auditors to keep the organization audit-ready.

Supports marketing communications across content creation, PR, social media, design, video, internal communications, and events. The intern will write blogs and press releases, create LinkedIn posts and visual assets, capture event and workplace content, assist with webinars and speaking events, and research relevant industry events. The role requires creativity, organization, autonomy, collaboration, Dutch and English proficiency, and familiarity with digital marketing and design tools.

Supports HR operations, employee data management, onboarding and offboarding, recruitment, office and workplace operations, vendor coordination, internal events, and HR process improvement. The intern gains exposure to HRIS and ATS platforms, automation, and AI tools while working with the People & Places team in a scaling cleantech startup.
