Support resort sales and marketing by coordinating in-house events, meetings, and influencer stays; manage website and photography assets; maintain brand standards; assist Director of Sales & Marketing and Sales Office with reporting, BEOs, rooming lists, and daily administrative tasks. Provide guest-facing support and ensure communication across departments.

Greet and assist guests, transport and store luggage, open doors, maintain lobby areas, operate radios and computer terminals, tend lobby fireplace, report hazards, and support valet/door attendant duties. Requires physical lifting, driving, mobility, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Deliver supplies and linens to guest areas, remove soiled linens and trash, vacuum and mop floors, move furniture, strip vacant rooms, shampoo carpets, stock supply closets, report maintenance needs, operate two-way radios, and perform related housekeeping tasks while following safety guidelines.
