Cleans, sorts, feeds, unloads, and reshelves dishes, glassware, trays, and racks using a commercial dishwasher. Performs additional sanitation duties such as emptying garbage, sweeping, mopping, wiping food-service tables, and cleaning the dishwasher. Requires safe chemical handling, reliable teamwork, and the ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift up to 75 pounds in a hot, humid kitchen environment.

Protect guests, employees, homeowners, and property by patrolling, documenting rounds, investigating incidents, enforcing safety procedures, maintaining locks, transporting cash to banks, assisting in emergencies, monitoring dormitories, and providing guest services and health screenings as required.

Deliver supplies and linens to guest areas, remove soiled linens and trash, vacuum and mop floors, move furniture, strip vacant rooms, shampoo carpets, stock supply closets, report maintenance needs, operate two-way radios, and perform related housekeeping tasks while following safety guidelines.
