Assist the Front Desk Manager in supervising and training front desk staff, handle check-ins/outs and guest issues, perform cash audits and inventories, create schedules, coordinate with Housekeeping and Reservations, and act as second-in-command during manager absence.

Deliver supplies and linens to guest areas, remove soiled linens and trash, vacuum and mop floors, move furniture, strip vacant rooms, shampoo carpets, stock supply closets, report maintenance needs, operate two-way radios, and perform related housekeeping tasks while following safety guidelines.

Designs and prepares floral arrangements for guest rooms, weddings, and events; decorates public hotel areas and maintains live plants. Manages retail orders, flower shop upkeep, deliveries, and assists with holiday and special-theme decorating. Performs physical tasks and occasional driving.
