Owns day-to-day EMEA finance across multiple entities, including monthly close, payroll review, banking administration, statutory accounts, tax, audits, intercompany accounting, and adviser coordination. The role partners with Legal, People & Culture, Operations, and India Finance while improving controls, processes, and automation using NetSuite, Salesforce, Ramp, Deel, and AI-enabled tools.

Own a portfolio of SaaS accounts, driving adoption, measurable customer value, retention, and account health. Lead success planning, QBRs, KPI tracking, risk escalation, and coordination of internal technical resources. Partner with Account Executives on renewals and expansion signals without owning commercial negotiations. The role requires executive communication, analytical account management, SaaS customer success experience, and approximately 20% travel to support QBRs, onboarding, account recovery, and strategic planning.

Build and operate Horizon, SkySpecs’ full-stack asset-management platform for renewable energy. Responsibilities include designing scalable systems, services, APIs, infrastructure as code, user experiences, internal tooling, automation, testing, observability, and deployment workflows. The engineer independently drives ambiguous initiatives from concept to production, collaborates cross-functionally, reviews code, leverages AI-assisted development, improves reliability and security, and mentors others while preparing for future engineering leadership.
