The Marketing Program Specialist oversees marketing initiatives, coordinates programs, collaborates with teams, manages projects, and reports on KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals.

Coordinate and manage logistics for drone and inspection equipment across the UK and Europe: ship, receive, configure, maintain, document, and secure assets; handle customs/carnet/battery paperwork; monitor costs and KPIs; procure parts; perform PPE inspections; liaise with regional teams, suppliers, and US logistics to support seven-day operations.

Build and ship end-to-end features for the Horizon platform across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and data. Collaborate with product and stakeholders to design solutions, write production code, improve reliability and developer tooling, and expand AI/agent capabilities. Drive architectural decisions, review peer and agent-generated code, and reduce operational toil.
